Why is my two year old son only clingy/whiny/bratty with me and no one else?

Also I read that your kids know you are safe, so they test your limits to figure out where the boundaries are.  It just shows that they trust you enough to experiment with what behavior is acceptable to you.  Reward the good stuff and ignore the annoying stuff as much as possible and in time they will figure out what is okay and what is not.

My two-year-old daughter is the same way.  I think she just enjoys being cuddly.  It's taxing sometimes, but I try to remember that someday she will not want to be held so I should enjoy this time while it lasts.

Kids always melt down with their parents, as opposed to their daycare providers. They are the most comfortable with you. You may also be giving him the biggest reaction. Try ignoring him if you can. and fuss over him when he's well-behaved.

Because he knows he can get away with it? Like my kids LOL We introdused them to activities as many as we can find with different set of people and kids and it eventually started getting better...I would like to know why my son bites me and noone else...LOL
