My two year old daughter had a labial adhesion and we used the estrogen cream and it opened up after a week. Well after it opened I was examining her and there was this white blob looking thing in there. I took her to ped because it scared me and she told me it was an imperforated hymen. We are being referred to a gynecologist. Has anyone else had this and how come it was never noticed before? Any infections associated with this? I'm really freaking out because my 5 month old was just diagnosed with grade 4 VUR so it's like when it rains it pours! Looking for any stories or info about this. Thanks so much!
