Has anyone's toddler had a pain in their leg so bad they cried when you tried to get them to walk? My son didn't do anything to hurt his leg, we could move it and he could lay on it, just not put weight on it to stand or walk. This happened for a day and a half. I finally got him to walk, but he limped. My mom said my brother used to get cramps around age 3 from running around too much.

Sounds like a leg cramp or charlie horse. Could also be a growth spurt or he might have pulled a muscle or bruised the muscle playing. If the pain is still there after a few days I would go to the doctor or at least talk to the advice nurse. Better to be safe than sorry.
