Activities in Philadelphia for 2 y/o to interact with others?

I am looking for a fun activity for my 2 year old to do for a few hours each week (maybe 2 to 3 days) to have him interact with other children. We can't afford day care right now and I am lucky enough to have my parents watch him, but he really needs more interaction. Does anyone have any ideas? We are in the Roxborough area.

Meetup.com, it's for play groups and the first month is free. I'm a member and my dues are $12 a year.
