hi all :) were do i start lol my son has just turned to has just start walking but still very wobberly and losing hes balance alot falling on hes bum ? he doesnt really say alot mainly , hello dad, mumma, car,no,yes, does lots od animal sounds, he loves to play i just wanted to no if there was any other late walkers out there ??? he s always been behind on hes milestones very behind, how long does it take to gain balance?

you didn't say how old your son was but, my sisters daughter was 2 when she started walking and is now 4 and is in gifted classes, my son who is now 3 has a private tutor who is taking him into the school where she works to have him sit a computerized reading test because he is reading frog and toad currently with ease, and he started talking 4 months ago. Children who appare to be behinde are sometimes taking in so much more then we think they are.
Your child will learn to walk fine, its going to happen, but in the mean time i advise you do the the same as my sister and i and read to him a lot also show him numbers, puzzles, i taught my son at 2 how to use chopsticks he can write perfectly in his composition book and loves to write about his day.
