At what age was your child fully potty trained?

My oldest was fully trained by 3 1/2, my youngest was trained 4. I took my cue from them...they complained a lot when they felt anything wet against their skin. No bigger cue than that! When we were home, no pull-ups or pampers.
Regular trips to the potty even if they did anything or not. No juice within an hour or so of bedtime.

We tried training our daughter when she turned 2, she had been dry at night & naptime since 18 months. She wanted nothing to do with it. Se would go on her potty at times, but not always. One day she went up to dad & said I want to use the potty. That was at 2 1/2. She has been good ever since. When they are ready, you will know & I agrre witht he no Pull Ups. They are just like diapers.

My three year old son flat out refuses to potty train. He will go when we put him on the potty but not on his own accord. Also he tells us you pee on the potty not poop. I dont know what to do sometimes I feel like he is going to go to Kindergarten in depends because they don't make pull ups to fit him

my daughter was fully trained at 2 yrs of age she decided one day that she wanted to use the toilet we had 1-2 accidents in the first week and only ever 1 wet bed at night and that was because she didnt go to the toilet before bed. I have a son who is almost 11 months old so it will be interesting to see how hard he will be, cant wait to get him out of nappies.

My son, was trained just before he turned 2, but he is still wearing pull ups at night, he's now 21/2. He's been dry a few times in the mornings but not consistently, he is a big water drinker too, so until he slows down on the drinking i don't think he will be fully potty trained at night for a little while.

My first son was two years and 4 months when he was fully potty trained and my younger son was just under 2 as he used to watch his brother and wanted to be a big boy! In both cases it took about 10 days to be toilet trained during the day and abot 6 weeks to be dry all night.

My son Tyler is 3 years old and he was potty trained by the age of 2 1/2 but we would still put a pull up on when he would sleep. He would always wake up dry in the morning so about 3 weeks ago I decided to stop putting pullups on him at night time.
Now he is completely trained and is wearing underware 24/7, thank god cuz with two kids in diapers.... it gets expensive

I agree, only underwear. Our daycare encouraged us to stay away from using pull ups. They stated that they confuse the kids 'cause they feel like a diaper. We do put him in the pull-ups at night though. He is almost always dry in the mornings now (he is 2 years a 4 months now).

I have 4 kids and they all potty train at diffrent times, but its going to be when there ready. Theres no point in training yourself to get up every half hour just to try to make them go. My now 6 year old did really good untill my father inlaw starrted watching her,and put her in pull ups, we started at 2 with her and 11 days straight no accidents during the day or night, wasnt completly potty trained untill 4, what im getting to is either full time underwear or full time diapers, dont confuse them. your going to have accitendts but so what!! thats the part of trainig, and its ok dont get mad because they will hide the accidents...Good Luck
My now 5 year old was fully potty trained a little before the age of 4...she trained herself...I had tried sooner than that & it got to a point where nothing was working. My fiances son turned 3 in November & it wasn't long after his 3rd birthday we started training him & now he is full potty trained.
