i fully believe that postpardum can last for hugely long times unfortunately it often gets diagnosed as normal depression or other similar things not related to having a child. if you feel like you need to ask us then i would suggest seeking professional advise or diagnosis as we r just mums usually and dont have a medical background only our own experience :( but having said that the fact that u asked shows that you know something isnt right so go and ask!
i have a 2 n half yr old and often wonder if some of the things i think and feel arent connected to this but i usually bounce back and dont feel the need to ask a gp or other type of doc.
either way i hope u can get it sorted :)
