My son (Connor) is 2 years old. He is fully potty trained. If they are doing it at school then you should be doing it at home. Only if he is showing signs of wanting to potty. I went from diapers to underwear. I never used pull-ups. I started potty training him at 22 months (That was in August of 2009). Last night was the 2nd time he had slept in underwear and he had no accidents. Every child is different and you really need to focus on your child and what he is trying to tell you. Weather it's verbal or nonverbal communication, he will let you know. Some signs of him being ready are, telling you when he is wet or has a BM, stopping and looking down at himself, pulling off his diaper after he has gone potty, and when he says he needs to go but has already done it in the diaper. I hope this helps and keep trying it will happen.

Dont worry it should be right around the corner, 3 is the lucky number! Be patient, he will tell you when he is ready!

my son is three and uses the potty. At first he used a potty chair that he could get on and off by him self then I had him sit on a potty seat on the toilet, He now stands at the toilet and pees. I have to pake sure he aims , but he is doing well. At night he still wears pull-ups and has accidents thru the night.
