How to get my 3 year old to poop on the potty.

I have a 3 year old girl who pees on the potty all day and most of the night and will completely potty trained if she could just poop on the potty.
She has NEVER pooped on the potty, even on accadent.
I dont think she is afraid of pooping on the potty because she want to try and learn how to she loves being a big girl.
I tryed all sorts of things to try and get her to poop on the potty. I've sat her down after she eats/and wakes up. I even had set her down for an hour at a time once. A lot of the time she just goes poop in her pants after that.
I told her if she poops in the potty she can pick out a new toy.
I tryed the sticker method.
I tryed giving her m&ms.
She wears undies all day long and she knows if she poops cause she gets all messy.
I cant let her run around naked because we live with our in-laws and my FIL is uncomfortable with her being naked.
I have tryed not makeing a big deal of it and everything.
I dont know what to do! She is very hard headed.
I want to enroll her in preschool in the fall but they wont take her if she wont poop on the toliet.

When we try to poop on the toliet she will say she doesn't know how. I try to explain how to poop but then she will get frustrated.

Now lately my husband has been getting frustrated and started yelling at her when she poops in her pants and she is getting even more frustrated at pooping.

I dont know what to do now. She doesn't seem to concerned if she poops in her pants. She doesn't think it's a big deal at all.

HELP!!

My now 3 year old daughter has been potty trained for going number 1 since December even when I was first potty training her she pooped on the potty a few times but then stopped quickly afterwards and now can not get her to go she goes to daycare and naps with her undies on and no accidents of either kind so she is having her bowel movements at night, I bet minutes after my husband or myself leave the room.
I was for awhile going in 45 mins later waking her up and changing her then making her go back to sleep.
Fought with her for half an hour before bed one night to poop before she went to bed but nothing but a screaming match!
Don't know how to change her bowel movement time and get her pooping on the potty pls help this frustrated momma!???

Your husband should NEVER yell at her when she poops in her pants. That is not going to help. It would help if you spend a day alone with your daughter somewhere, and let her be naked around the time that she has to poop. Then make her go and sit on the potty. Tell her that you and daddy are done yelling at her about it, and that she's not going to get into trouble for pooping in her pants, but that she is a Big Girl now like mommy, and it's time for her to poop in the potty like a big girl too. If you have to spend the day at a friend's house, or rent a hotel room, then do it!

Your daughter isn't going to think it's a big deal to poop in her pants. I wouldn't either if someone yelled at me about it all the time.

She will go sooner or later. Till your FIL that having her walk around without undies on is the best way to get her to poop on the potty, because she will have nothing to poop in when she has to go, but the potty.

Try buying some LONG t-shirts that she can wear! This way, FIL might not even know that she has no panties on!

PRAISE,PRAISE AND MORE PRAISE!! Thats what I did to get my son to go. When he did I told him what a big boy he was and he wanted to tell everyone. He would call his grandma and tell her he went poopy on the potty. He got so excited. I would give him high fives and praise him. They love to know they've done something good/right.

have you taken her in whenyou have to "poop"? thats what im doing with my son and after i go i let him look in the potty to see that i went poop in the potty

My 3 year old does the same thing. She also goes on the toilet thought. You can't yell at them or they'll just regress.
You know the signs when she is about to, use those and run to put her on the toilet when she starts to grunt or hide.
Praise her a ton when she goes. Even when she just pees. My 3 year old is very stubborn! Sometimes I wonder if she'll ever be trained!
