How many moms have seen their child's impression of them? I don't mean saying stuff you say I mean full on mommy mode... I did and I was in tears...I layed in his bed and he just started being his version of me.He said "Do not make me come back in here or you'll be in trouble", closed the door and came back in. "I told you to go to sleep, lay down, which blankie do you want, I love you now, GO TO SLEEP!" The funny thing was he kept coming in which is accurate and when he told me if he had to come back in again I would get a butt smack I really started laughing. He said "This is not funny Go to sleep... He did a pretty good job.

yeah...today my hubby gave me a smack on the bum and my 2 yr old son later did the same as i was cleaning up his toys. boys lol

It is waaaay cute but it can also cause some major embarasment! My youngest is 3 and is a right little comedian. We have a year and a half old dog called Casey who has a habit of lying in the wrong place, my husband came in one day and fell over him shouting " bugger off Casey" unfortunately my son was in the room! You can imagine how horrified I was when I picked him up from preschool to be told that over lunch he had told the schools owner, his teachers and all the other kids that his dad told the dog to bugger off!!!!! I had many apologied to make, fortunately everyone found it funny but I have to say his dad received a few carefully chosen words from me when we got home!!

I always used to look at pictures of myself when i was a baby the faces i made were so cute. Now i find that Alex makes some of those same faces and does of the same things that i uses to it is so cute and funny. It just makes me smile and laugh at some of the things he does. They are great memories to have.

Just today my son was yelling from the back seat of the car, "Crazy people! Move out of my way!" I'm glad he didn't repeat anything else I said. He also shakes his finger at other children and tells them to be nice to their friends.

Mine isn't quite talking enought for a verbal impression of me just yet but the other day he definitely with my "mommy-means-business" look lol, spot on.

lol....that is so cute. i have a 9 year old, a 2 year old and a 3 mth old.

sometimes when i vaccum the floor i have to hold the baby. for my 2 year olds b-day, she got a toy vaccum, i seen her in the play room the other day holding one of her baby dolls on her hip pushing it back and forth telling her baby done in minute.

she gets my purse and walks to the door saying bye. got to go to store.

they are just too cute.
