im 24 and have 2 daughter one aged 4 and one 13months i keep thinking about having another baby but not sure.

If you're not sure then wait until you are, seems like common sense to me!

im going 2wait 3years as if i do decide that i want another i want 3year gap like ive got between my 2girls

If you're not sure you should definitely wait. A child isnt something just to "do" because you might want one. think about it long and hard and ask yourself if you want the responsibility and challenges another baby will bring with it. If you decide you're completely sure you want another then get to it!! but make sure you are 100% about it or the child might be the one to suffer because you didnt really want another but realized after it was too late.
