Is it normal for a 15 month old to not walk?

My 15 month old won't walk not even in a walker. He doesn't like pressure on his feet. He doesn't like his feet touched at all. We asked the doctor and they said his head was 8 cm bigger than the average 1 year old that they would check on a specialist. That was 3 months ago. He has been delayed on all the average milestones. He can still only barely crawl. He also cries all the time. From what I read it could be autism with some of the other things he does. Any suggestions?

I wouldn't personaly be worrying about autism at 15 months old. I would be much more concerned about global delays he may be experiencing, as well as the sensory issues. You can take him to a developmental specialist and can contact PTs, OTs, and SLPs from there. You can check and see if there is a 0-3 program in your area. They can help with pinpointing your child's needs and getting him some help reaching some of those milestones.
