my 2 year old has been running a fever from 101 to 102.7 all day and has a history of seizures. ive been giving her medicine but dont know what to do

take her to the doctor .. he may need to do more test or change her meds.

Take her to the docs, especially with her history it's always better to be safe than sorry. You're her mummy follow your instincts. :-)
