My 2 yr old daughter has become a very picky eater, so much that I find I'm only giving her PB & Jam Sandwiches or Mac & Cheese with Fruit for lunches. She won't eat cheese anymore, i don't know what to do for veggies as she won't eat- tomatoes, cucumber, carrots, pickles, peas, etc...Some days she'll eat chicken nuggets, meatballs, hot-dogs but its very hit and miss, and she doesn't like deli meats yet. It's become very difficult to give her something other than PB & J sandwiches or Mac & Cheese when 95% of the time she wastes everything else...I'm stumped any suggestions would be very helpful.

my daughter is now 3 and we have been through the same thing. right now there are very few things she will eat which include bacon ham oranges and french fries with honey mustard sauce from sonic if we are on the go. she is SO picky but drinks her milk and juice along with a cup or 2 of water everyday. I used to worry when she would go through these stages but i think that it is very typical for kids at this age to be picky eaters. as long as they get in more than fruit snacks and candy they should be ok.

just try to introduce new foods like by adding a small amount of corn to the mac and cheese it is the same color and MIGHT blend right in. this is just one thing i would try. just take what you have to work with and try sneaking in other foods with it.
