I have used a fine tooth comb to get out access... I used adult shampoo and let it sit, rinsed with warm water and she still looks like a diva... HHHEEELLLPPP!!!!

I had the same thing happen -- I used Dawn. Had to wash/rise/wash rinse a couple times. And be sure to condition it after -- or use spray conditioner because it will feel funny without it. But it should do the trick.

Baby powder might help too. Use it to soak up some grease before you wash. It will come out in a couple of washes regardless

Dawn dish washing soap. If it can take the oil out of all those poor animals involved in tanker oil spills, it will take vaseline out of your child's hair.

Try using dish washing soap. That is made to cut through grease. Good Luck.

try baking powder to pull the grease into it, then wash again... work it in like you would shampoo... hope that helps
