My daughter has a horrible habit of biting her nails and chewing her bottom lip. Any suggestions to break these nasty habits?

Nicky, thanks for your reply. LOL. I told her the same exact thing and she just chuckles at the fact that there are baby worms in her belly. I have also used several different stop bite polishes but she munches right on..... dont even phase her.

My 4yr old son also used to bite his nails. I told him that there are tiny little worms under his nails that he can not see and when he bites his nails they can get in his mouth and make him sick. That worked for me, he hasnt bitten his nails since!! GOOD LUCK!
