My husband refuses to change our Girl

We have a 3 yr old Girl and a 22 mth boy. Were working on potty training but when she poops in her pants he cleans her butt and yells for me to come get it out of her girl parts. He has never done this before it just started. When I asked him about it he said she is older and it just makes him feel wrong.

I cannot relate because she is his child. It is not anything perverted. She has poop in her hole and between the lips. It has to come out or she could get an infection. Any one else husband do this?

I do understand where he's coming from, it's his first child and he's never done anything like this before so feels a little akward about it. Hopefully your daughter will be fully potty trained soon and it won't be an issue any more. My Husband was a little funny when it came to cleaning our first daughter too I think he was a little afraid of hurting her girly part more than anything or doing something wrong. I wouldn't force him if I were you - with our second daughter my husband was a little more confident hopefully if you have any more girls so will yours be.
