Try and work out what it is that she does not like, water on the head or the pouring of the water on her face. You can buy a face shield that you hold to the forehead and pour onto the head without getting the face wet. My daughter went through this as well and in the end she just gave up because I was going to wash her hair whether she screamed or not. It is just a phase and nothing you say or do will make her stop. Just be firm with her and try and not react to the noise to much. It will stop.
