My son has developed a sort of 'rash' on his cheeks...it looks like little pimples...does anyone know what that is or what can treat it?

It could be baby acne, i've seen that in kids as young as two months. But if its just started, it could also be dry, chapped skin. Try putting something like aveeno lotion on his cheeks. After a few treatments with it, you should see a difference. If you don't, I'd suggest taking him in to his your pediatrician, because it could be something simple, such as a reaction to so, or baby acne, but it could be something more serious.

I know my kids did that from birth to toddler age my ped. said it is baby acne it's just there skin excreating the impurities. I wuld just leave it alone it should clear on it's own. If it doesn't maybe a visit to the ped. he may have a reaction to soap or detergent. But if it clears I'm pretty sure it's just baby acne. Hope this helps.
