Again I am positng about my 3 yr old Son Roman. He is an extremely picky eater and only wants to eat the same things every day not willing to try new things. I need advice..... I amde some soup and really want him to try it so I served him a little bowl and tried to get him to taste it he cries and refuses..... He tells me he wants chocolate milk but he's had wnough today. Do I leave him even if he cries and tell him this is all there is until he tries it???? HELP!!!

i had to tell my 3yr old daughter she can eat or go to bed... and when she chose bed she had to lay there no toys no books no talking... when she asked to up i told her yes go sit in your chair... so she had an option her chair or her bed and no playing till her food was gone... meanwhile i went about my normal household business... the hardest part for me was just getting her to take the first bite
