My 18 month old son can now crawl out of his crib and our bedroom is to dangerous for an 18 month old to convert to a toddler bed so young. Is there any other options out there? Taller cribs? Please help!
(Gate is already installed on door and I don't have the luxury to have separte rooms at this time.)

I agree with paige. It's much more dangerous for him to crawl out of his crib and hurt himself than to just put him in a toddler bed. What I did with my daughter was take out the boxspring and put the mattress on the floor, she couldn't climb out then ;)

We put our son in a toddler bed at 18 months. We just got a collapsible bed rail (Walmart $19.99) to keep him from rolling out. As far as the room, simply baby proof everything from the waist down.
