What do I do for extreme sunburn?? Anyone?

Me and the boys got pretty bad sunburn yesterday and I can barely walk. Please help...what do I do to stop it?

You can buy aloe vera gel at any store these days. Look for something that says pure aloe on it. Then store it in the refrigerator. The cold gel will feel good on your skin and aloe is great for sunburn. I would apply it at least 3 times a day. You can also put cold cloths soaked in apple cider vinegar on your skin to help cool it. It stinks but helps ease the pain.

I find that the Aloe plant is the thing that works the most.

use aloe vera and take a cool washcloth. I had that happen to me one summer and i was in so much pain my mom put a cold compress on it and then put the aloe gel on. Hope it helps
