What are the best movies for toddlers? do toddlers like movies or is it best to stick to cartoons for toddlers? My 2.5yr old son loves watching cartoons but there always the same ones, i went out and bought him the Finding Nemo movie, he didnt like it?! he just kept asking to watch cartoons. I was wondering if anyone knew of any other movies that might be more suitable for a toddler and something different for a change then the same old cartoons?

It's hard to get kids to sit down and watch a longer movie. He probably enjoys the different show every half hour or so. My 3 year old loves Dora, Diego, Bob the Builder. They also have movies that have a few episodes on them.

My 3 year old loves Chitty Chitty Bang Bang. We also got very tired of cartoons so we dug into some classics like that.

my son loves veggietales.. he can't get enough.. and they're kind of like cartoons. there's singing, bright colors, lots of stuff for a toddler to enjoy. and each video is only 30 minutes long

My son loves Toy Story 1 and 2 (we haven't seen 3 yet) Monsters Inc, Monsters vs. Aliens, and Cars. He mostly associates playing with the toys based off those movies and not so much the movie itself which is good. Children of any age only need 3 hours of tv the most. My son is 2.5yrs and I thought about throwing him a toy story b-day party when he turns 3.

My son is 2 1/2 and he loves Finding Nemo, Toy story 1 2 and 3!!! He loves Yo Gabba gabba and sesame street. My toddler likes all the disney movies.
