My two year old granddaughter came back fromschool with a slight rash a few weeks ago and we just haven't been able to clear it up. Any suggestions?

Vaseline...every time you change her, put vaseline on her bum. It protects her skin from wetness and helps prevent things from getting worse. Also, make sure you change her more often while she has the rash, and if you can, let her run around diaper free for a while so the air can get at her little tush to help it heal.

my son's been having this problem lately. try changing her diaper more frequently. don't let her walk around in a poopy diaper! also, check what she's eating - something like tomatoes or berries will make their poop more acidic and irritate their bums.
