I think it gets better - a lot better as they get older! My gang is 6.5 and now in 1st grade. They are really good kids. I am a very strick mom, we have a set routine. I got divorced at the beginning of this year - in our case this was a huge improvement in our quality of life, though being a single mom of 3 is a tough gig sometimes! Unfortunately their dad has minimal involvement - which is sad.
My background is similiar to yours Angie, 3 miscarriages, GD, Pre-Ecl., 3 rounds of PTL, 3 months on bedrest, gave birth at 31w6d. NICU stays 7 days, 19 days and 21 days. Birth weights 4.4, 4.1 & 3.11. Looking at them today, you would never know they were preemies, all healthy happy kids!

So does it eventually get better???? I seem to keep saying next year will be better every year. My girls are 3 1/2yrs old they will start 4yr old kindergarten in 2009. They are just so sassy these days and there listening skills seem to keep getting worse.
Also all are day time potty trained but Madi the last one to train still will not have a BM in the potty any suggestions?
Just a little background I got pg after 3 miscarriages and a few rounds of clomid I would say I had a minamal event pg, gestational diabetes, start of preclampsia at 31wks was hospitalized and then a week later delievered c-section at 32kws. The NICU stay was 4wks but seemed longer.
How about you?
Angie
