A woman may try to conceive right after the mirena is removed. It takes the average young couple about 4-6 months to conceive and after one year approximately 85-90% of couples will conceive. Some women report increased miscarriages after having mirena removed despite having no problems conceiving and giving birth prior to using mirena. Anyway, if you are TTC you should consider reading ‘The Getting Pregnant Plan’ by Michelle Adams from http://aboutgettingpregnant.com . The 200 pages of information contained in the book will not only help you in accurately and swiftly pinpoint your ovulation, boosting your fertility, understanding changes in the female body and so on, but the folks on the website will also guide you through your use of the book until you successfully conceive. It's really amazing that they still maintain communication with me after having bought the book for 7 months. They consistently helped me throughout my pregnancy.

I would really like to know the answer to this too! I have a son who is 14 months- I stopped breastfeeding at 8 months and was completely dry. Now I am mid cycle and just started leaking milk! Strangest thing! Let me know if you get any info. :) Good luck

Hmm... I've never had leaking breast during pregnancy. I was thinking that was a symptom that came in the last month or so of pregnancy, but I don't know. For me personally, it wasn't until I delivered my children that I had any kind of nipple fluid.

On the other hand, the only miscarriage I've had was at 7 weeks and I did NOT have any leaking then either. So, who knows. I guess I'd just wait a few more weeks and see if you can get a positive. Good luck!
