I've noticed that most guys have a higher sex drive in the morning, maybe because they wake up with morning wood? Have you tried waking him up by getting things started? ;)

sorry i havent responded to your wall post yet i havent checked it or responded to my pms either kinda busy this morning but a bit later i will i just have to clean my house now. ok my doctor said after a pap smear its still possible of course to get pregnant i do have one child already but she said the sperm will have trouble getting where they are supposed to go. your right about it still being there ages after , even when ive had a shower, but i didnt think it did anything still being there because if i am walking around its not going to help me get pregnant. but afterwards when ive finished my period i stay laying down for 20 mins or more but it doesnt seem to work but i cant be 100% im getting the right times (we dont have sex very often he has a low sex drive, where as when i got pregnant with brianna it was an every day thing even if it did take 2 years). i make him have sex at least once during ovulation well what i think is ovulation but i know that could easily be the wrong time of the day or just after or just before ovulation. its so hard to get it right

Well, when sperm is ejaculated into you, it congeals and balls up for a while to protect the sperm and keep it in you. It doesn't matter which position you are in, it always does this way. If you ever noticed still wiping away his baby juice hours or even a day later, this is why. It takes a little while to really break down.

Sperm automatically goes to your cervix. I think I remember the time being two minutes before they make it through, but that's with fertile mucus or blood. The sticky stuff is kind of like a tangle string. They can't get through it. Eggwhite CM fibers are nice an aligned neatly allowing the sperm to glide through. They can also get through wet CM really well, and sometimes creamy, but not always.

I'm just replying over and over here... On my first post, I meant EARLIER than day 10. =) Some people ovulate pretty late, too. When I was TTC #1, I would try to have sex every other day starting with the last spotting day to the next period.



Some people say try every other day for 8 days starting the day after your period, but that doesn't always work if you ovulate on day 10 like you or day 24 like me. ;)

Not to worry! Any position can get you pregnant! =) When he ejaculates, most of the semen will ball up inside of you to help keep it up there. It comes shooting out pretty well normally, so I don't think you need to worry about it reaching your cervix. If you really want to make sure he's as deep as possible, doggie style is best.



The most popular site is Fertility Friend, but I also use one called Medhealth or Medhelp...(not on my pc right now, don't have the link). It is possible that you ovulate right after your period. I read several places that you normally don't ovulate later than day 10. If you have a shorter cycle for instance, you might ovulate earlier than normal, and would need to have the baby making sex why you were still spotting. I hear sperm live longer when exposed to blood, so that might be a plus for you.



Check out fertility friend, and start charting. It will actually tell you when you ovulate by your temperature. all you have to do is enter it!
