Both of my daughters have Turner Syndrome. My oldest daughter was diagnosed at age 9 and her sister was diagnosed 3 months later at age 6. The doctors were very surprised by this and I still haven't found anybody else that has more than one daughter with TS. They told me the chance of sisters having it was 1%, they had me tested for a mosaic form but it came back negative. They have no explanation for something that is supposed to happen in 1 out of every 2500 female births. Has anybody else heard or know of this situation?
