Oh sorry I just read the rest, its a bit early in the morning for me lol...Olivia turned 4 three months ago, She is doing really well, they expected her to have all these problems but none have really been an issue yet.She did have coarctation of tyhe aorta and they were saying before she was born they would have to operate when she was very young but that hasnt become a problem yet and she is back to see the heart surgeon only every 12 months...she is alot shorter than most girls her age but she is managing to just stay with in the normal range so she hasnt had to start growth hormones yet...

Yeah we have that problem here, Olivia ran into a wall and got taken into emergency...She ended up have internal and external stitches but when we got there they asked about medical history and we told them she had TS and I had to explain to them what it was and then wait for them to go and read up on it before they could come back and treat her, there really needs to be more education about it for new doctors because no one seems to know and it gets very frustrating when you have to tell the dr whats happening not the other way around.

Allysa had a few little things when she was born, like puffy hands and feet and her eyes were uneven, also she was very small and me and my husband are about 5'10-5'11. It's so bad how even none of the doctors know about it! I'd never even heard of it. How old is your daughter now and how is she getting on? Mine is so over-active, but also lovely.

Olivia was diagnosed when I was 24 weeks pregnant,They thought I was going into labour and did an ultrasound and found fluid on the back of her neck, they origionally thought it was down syndrome but sent me to melbourne to have an amnio and it came back that it was turners syndrome..
