Good morning all! To all the parents out there raising daughters going through PMS. My hubby & I of almost 20 yrs have two amazing young daughters. Our oldest is 11 & youngest just turned eight. Our oldest has been cycling with me for a few years already, but now that she's in 6th grade & @ middle school, it is getting tougher. We have had a rough 3 yrs which adds to the normal stressof everyday life. I was in an auto accident in March 2008; rear-ended by a guy stoned out on meth & did not see my truck in front of him at a red light. Needless to say, our world got turned upside down. I went from being a part time nurse, active in school functions & on school PTC, worked with teachers as room mom, along with many other family activities, boatin,g motorcylcing, rollerblading, biking, etc......Over the last 3 yrs I have had a multitude of injections to control pain, NOT! I had cervical surgery to repair 2 discs. And just went through 2 lower back surgeries that have me homebound. Anyway there's the scoop. Now back to the PMS. We are & always have been open with our girls & have made sure that they feel comfortable coming to us with any issue. It's been really difficult here lately because her moods change so fast from tears & mommy I love you & want our old life back to a preteen smart mouth........Any help or advice would be greatly appreciated.
