Alimentum

Hi, my 10-month old is on Similac Alimentum for sensitive tummy issues since four months old. We have begun weaning her off of it, but she will really only tolerate half alimentum-half soy formula. But she prefers to drink (relatively) alimentum. (We chose soy since we have milk allergies in our family.)

Was anyone on Alimentum for longer than six months? Do I keep this up until one? Obviously we've already made quite an investment in our baby, since alimentum is twice as expensive as regular formula.

I'll take any suggestions you may have.

My oldest son was on Alimentum until he turned one, then he went straight to whole milk. He didn't have any problems transitioning to milk. I know how you feel with the expenses of Alimentum! We bought all our formula on eBay and saved TONS of money!!
