Twins and one on the way!

I am 24 years old, have been married 3 1/2 years and I have 13 month old twins and am now 16 weeks preggo with baby #3! This pregnancy was not planned at ALL and I would have thought anyone willing to have one so close to twins is CRAZY!!!!! but I and my husband are very excited! It would have been much more sane to wait until the twins are 3 or older as we had planned but that's not how it happened and now I couldn't NOT spend my life without knowing the joys of this baby!

I am excited to see my Aubree and Nicholas meet their new little brother/sister. I find out in two weeks what we are having. Sooo nervous about all the hard things to come. Anyone else either in my boat or sailing their own like it? If you have already gone through similar experience, please share so I can know a little more what to be prepared for. If you are currently in my situation, please share as well! thanks!

that's not bad. Mine were born at 33 weeks six days. My son had underdeveloped lungs too. No, didn't have any pregnancy complications other than the fact my daughter decided it was time to come out, but my son was a breach baby so I had to have an emergency c-section. My son was born at four pounds 10 ounces and my daughter at three pounds twelve ounces. My son had to stay in for eight days and my daughter for twelve due to weight gain issues.

not very early. they were 36 weekers. they were big but still had the underdeveloped lungs it seems like most tend to have but after 10 days NICU they were golden! Did you have pregnancy complications or were yours just anxious to escape? There was really no reason that caused mine to come then, just ready I guess.

Thanks. Good luck with that, mine are growing up too quickly. Were your twins early? Mine were born six weeks early.

Congratulations Liz! And happy early birthday to your twins. I'm still trying to figure out how to keep mine from growing up anymore and they are only 16 months. If anyone figures that one out let me know! :)

Congrats on your pregnancy. I'm 23 years old and I have a set of b/g twins who will be two on June 8th. I'm due with their little brother July 13th of this year.

Yes, we are having a girl. We were hoping for a boy but very happy for a little sister for the other two. Her name is going to be Annabelle Grace.

Hello, my name is Jamie McCallum and have a similar situation. I have a 2 year old boy and just had twin girls in December. It has been crazier!!! But there is never a dull moment! Do you know the sex of the baby yet? You already have 2 and are adding one more to your routine, which I know is easier said then done!! It has been a new road but such a great one! You will do great and just remember that house cleaning can wait, and they are your greatest priority! If you keep a routine, that is so helpful!
