I'm 17 weeks pregnant with twins and for the last few days I have been having lots of pressure / pain down there. I can not get into see my doctor till next month. Also I had surgery on my cervix a few years ago and instead of it being a 6 its a 3. Could the 2 be related? They can measure my cervix again for 2 weeks when I go into my U/S. Please Advise!

I am 24 weeks pregnant and I also had a lot of pain and pressure when I was 17-20 weeks. But since you had surgery on your cervix I would go to L&D to get checked out. Or call and talk to your doctor maybe they can get you in sooner.

I would call a hospital and talk to a triage nurse (a hospital with a maternity ward) and ask them, IF it's something serious, they can probably squeeze you in sooner to get it checked out. Otherwise, I always felt pressure (though no pain) "down there", it helped me to sit on an exercise ball with my legs spread a little and rock side to side.
