I only made it 27.5 weeks
Pregnancy belt
Recliner
Massaging recliner
Handmade rice heat pack
Someone who loves you enough to get you a huge pillow collection. Lay on your side and have them rub your back.

Hi Catherine,
Congrats on being 30 weeks pregnant with twins. Sorry I don't have any suggestions as I only got to 25 weeks. I would guess that rest and one of those support belts would be the best bet. And maybe heat packs. But check with your doctor first. Take care and all the best.

I used a support belt before I went on bed rest. Then I used a lot of pillows for lumbar support! Good luck and take it easy!

I use a belly supporter and I took warm baths. However, by 30 weeks pregnant with my twins my husband had to help me in and out of the tub!

If the back pain comes and goes or wraps around your sides at all you should probably go and get checked to make absolutely sure that it's not back labor.Otherwise the pregnancy bellybands do help. There are two styles. One looks like an elastic bandage that just wraps around your middle, the other style has shoulder straps. The one with shoulder straps helped me the most. I got mine from a medical supply house. You don't need a prescription and it was @15.00 dollars. My oldest was 3 when I was pregnant with the twins so I certainly can sympathize with you. take the excuse to sit down whenever possible. Hang in there. You'll be holding 2 beautiful babies in your arms instead soon!

Hi Catherine,
Sorry to hear that you are having pain while 30 weeks pregnant with twins. If you have not been sent to bed then I suggest to get in the recliner and relax with your feet up. Wish I could help out more. Hope that it gets better for you soon.
