4yr old identical twin girls that are just constantle screaming and not listening

im a 24yr old single mum that has 4yr old identical twin girls, lately they have just not been listening and crying and screaming all the time, i work 40hrs a week and find it really hard coming home to it and find it really hard for them to listen anymore, they yell and scream at me when im trying to tell them something but other times they are great, any1 got any ideas i would love the help?

oh boy how i can relate to you. i am a single mom of 3 1/2 yr old girls and life with them has been reallycrazy lately.. i was having a lot of behavior issues not listenign fighting etc... about 3 weeks ago i had to remove all of their toys from their room and cut the breaker for the bedroom lights, since then theyve gotten more of a sense that when i talk i mean it and they have calmed down slightly.. i am currently reading a book that was reccomended by a good friend that used it and so far its great it si called 1-2-3 magic.. can order on amazon for under 15 bucks.. i know how you are feeling and if you ever need to release the stress just reach out and we can talk more
