I went 38wks +. I could have gone to 40wks and delivered on due date but Little Bit was moving so low that they were unable to get any correct measurements. So, I was given the option to have my c-sect. early; due to timing of events and layoffs that were coming I needed the insurance and opted to go early!

Both very healthy and quiet personalities (at the time!)

Little Bit 7lbs. 1 oz, Hoss 6lbs. 3oz.

I made it 34 weeks 1 day, with 4 weeks of hospitalized forced bed rest from 30 weeks. They were quite healthy, 3lbs 11oz and 4lbs 3.5oz. They were in NICU for 4 days, and then intermidiate care nursury for 8 days. They didnt need oxygen or any other major support, and they were only in the incubator for 7 days. Good Luck!

I went to 37 weeks, 2 days and delivered by C-Section. My doctor started out in the beginning saying we were going to go a long as we could! After I made it to 32 weeks I went in for sonograms every week. At 32 weeks I started asking, "when are we going to deliver these babies? He would say, "lets go another week." Finally, at 36 weeks he said "How about next week?" (I had gained 80 lbs with my pregnancy) My twins were born weighing: Son, 7 lbs, 1 oz, daughter, 6 lbs 12 oz. ~ 13 lbs and 13 ozs of babies! They came to me right after they were born, perfectly healthy.

Wow. I don't think I could have made it 39 weeks. I got to 37 weeks which was the time my OB told me in the beginning was as far as I was going. Every doctor has a preference. I had a C-section as well. If you make it to 39 weeks then your babies will be healthier statistically the longer the better. My guys had to stay in the NICU for 10 days. Also depends on the type of twin pregnancy (fraternal, identical and if the identical share the same placenta and or amniotic sac).

I was induced at 38w2d. By that time I was dilated for 4 1/2 cm (I was already 2 cm at 32 weeks) without feeling a single contraction or going into labor.

Hi when i was pregnant with my boys i was told u could go anytime from 33weeks but obviously u r past that so hopefully anytime soon poor thing!! Good luck!! Try to rest as much as possible ur going to be busy soon!!

I don't think I could have lasted 39 weeks... i made it up to 35 weeks pregnant with my twins then my water broke. I never dilated at all and both babies were breeched so i had to have a c-section. Get lots of rest!

i got to 35 weeks with my twin pregnancy. Aiden weighed 6lb 9oz

jacob weighed 5lb 12oz..... I WAS READY..... :-)

I made it to 35 weeks with my twin pregnancy and they were healthy. No NICU. My son was 6lbs 1 oz and my daughter was 5lbs. 8 oz. We all went home together.
