Hello,
For those that had their twins baptized with godparents... did you have the same godparents for both kids or a different set for each? I am having fraternal boys. We already have two girls, so just thinking ahead of what kind of chaos the selection process will create in the families :)

Legally just because you are the godparents doesn't mean you get custody of any godchildren. If the worst happens to the parents. You need to have a will with Guardiens legally written into it. They can of course be the childrens godparents and in that case if the godparents were a couple it would be better for them and the child/children.

My husband is Godfather to our twin nephews {his brothers children} they had 2 other men and 1 godmother between them. You need to think of mothers and fathers day it can get expensive for gifts and cards

We haven't chosen Godparents yet, but when we do they will have the same. I think it would be hard enough to lose parents, then to be separated would add much more heartache, especially for twins because if the bond they share. Just my opinion :)
