I have twin boys that are 2 1/2. we are potty training right and their doing pretty good with it. the only thing that bothers me now is that everytime they sit and go potty they take their underwear off and don't wanna put them back on. so most of the day they are just runnin around the house naked. any one else have problems with this? if so how can i get them to keep them on or at least want to put them back on with out a fight?

Potty training has gone over at our house (with our 2 year old twin boys) like a lead balloon.
The boys would rather play by putting tissue and such into their potties or by sitting on them with their pull-ups on. I get so frustrated. I want them to start working with the potty but it is so difficult with there being two of them. Glad I am not the only mommy experiencing "potty problems". 😉

My boys just turned 2 a few weeks ago and we are potty training also. I do not let them have their reward (m&m) until they have their pants back on. Not sure if you are using a reward but that might work for you. Works for us!

Why is this a problem? You will probably find that you have fewer accidents if they are naked as having pee or poop run down your legs is nobody's idea of a good time! Being naked is nice! My girls are 3 1/2 and still prefer to be naked most of the time (temperature permitting!) I really wouldn't worry about it too much. Their natural modesty should kick in sometime between 3 and 4 and they will want to cover up. If you have a real problem with them being naked maybe you could buy some "special" big boy underwear maybe with a favorite character or something on them that may make the boys more likely to want to put them on.
