Dad left me at 7 months pregnant with twin girls on the way, what do I do?

I am having a hard time dealing with it. He left me for his ex girlfriend who purposely sabotaged our relationship. I'm really sad for my girls. Their dad will miss their very first birthday at the hospital. I don't know what to do. He now all of a sudden says he has always had a doubt they are even his. They are without a doubt. I'm really stressed and I just don't know what to do.

Be strong because your girls are going to need you to be a 100%. Keep your family and friends by your side and don't be ashamed to ask for help. It's his loss to miss out on the birth of your girls. Don't fight with him because stress isn't what you need at this point. Do though, let him know that you have no doubt that these are his girls, and if he wants to be a part of their lives its his choice. Leave it at that. Your girls Will be better off not knowing him if he never accepts them. They need to be surrounded by people that love them. The details regarding paternity and child support can be handled at a later time. For now, take care of yourself and those two little girls. Hopefully his immaturity Will subside with time, but you can't make him grow up.
