Hi :) I just hit a milestone in my weight loss... in the wrong direction. I am at my highest weight of my entire life, and I am overwhelmed with feelings of failure and despair. Now, before anyone says "I'm sure you look fine!" ... I'm 5'9" and I just hit 300 lbs. Its not fine. Its not even close. Personality flaws aside, I am looking for advice from parents of multiples on exercises I can do with my kids that involve them all in some way and still will REALLY help me kick start the weight loss that I so desperately need. Specifically looking for parents of infant/crawler twins and a toddler. I have 7mo twin girls and 2 year old son who are home with me all the time, and the problem I have is finding ANY time in my day to exercise. I realized the flaw in my plan is that I was trying to exercise without them, was trying to find time during naps, etc, which never seemed to happen at the same time.. Then I researched plans to exercise with them and found TONS of info that wasnt at all helpful because it only includes one child in your exercises, and that leaves 2 of mine whining and looking for my attention. So again - ASIDE from just walking outside, which I intend to do daily, does anyone have any tips on weight loss that includes younger children and can be done without spending lots of money on equipment?? Help! (And to hold off any off topic advice, Yes my diet is already changing to smaller portions, healthier foods, and less snacks.)
