Get a short exercise video (or if you have some kind of on demand they usually run some on there for free) I lost all of my twin weight with Billy Banks Tae Bo T3 in a matter of weeks. It doesn't take very long to do each day, and you can do it while they nap, or while they play in the play pen. (Personally I like cardio work out's the best... I truly think they are best for your body)

As far as eating, I defiantly recommend coming up with a meal plan. If I don't have a meal plan done, I don't eat right, it's that simple. Plus then you know you have the right food in the house and it makes shopping a ton easier!

set yourself out a meal plan from day to day like breakfast porridge, luch jacket potato which can take 10 mins in the microwave have it with beans or tuna in low fat mayo and salad both good for you! evenin meal chicken fillet veg and potato all dont take very long! am sure you could find time when they nap or give them toys to play with or put them in a door bouncer while you cook and eat your meal! i manage this, my twins are 7 mnths and i have a 3 year old too! also plenty of walking with the pram! basicly just cut out the processed food and eat everything fresh and plenty of fruit and veg and maybe go and see your doctor to see if he or she can help you in any way either! you could also try the weight watchers diet?! good luck!

I feel the same. I have 2year old twins and a 5 year old who started school this year. I also work 3 days a week and my husband has his own business and works 6 days 14 hours a day. I am flat out having time to do all the chores and spend a little bit of time with the kids, let alone have time to excercise. I do try to eat right (but it doesn't always work out that way). They only free time I would have is either at 4am or 9pm and the last thing I feel like doing at those times is excercising!!! I am hoping when they are all at school (3 years to go!) that I will have some more time to myself. Good luck.

Hi Sharon, I know how hard it can be to get "ME" time in with twin babies. It took me over 5 and a half years find time to get myself back on track. I always had time, I just never made time for me!! I wish I had taken more time for myself earlier or I wouldn't be battling weight issues now!! I just rejoined Weight Watchers (after a long 6 and a half years away) and have made a committment to myself and my boys that I will live a healthier life. I want to be able to have a chance to live long enough to meet my potential daughter-in-laws and grandchildren when the days come!! It has paid off, so far I have lost 31 lbs to date!! Yay me!!

My advice would be you absolutely have to make the time to take care of yourself. When the boys are napping, do a little exercising. You can get exercise DVDs cheap and also I think the libraries have them also. Put the boys in the stroller and walk to the park for some exercise. Take a few moments each morning and plan healthy meals every day. Fill the fridge with fresh fruits and veggies, not only are you getting healthy foods in your diet but you are setting a great example for your kids. Try to limit junk (empty calorie) foods. Strive to choose and eat more whole grain for a healthier lifestyle. And MOST IMPORTANT....sit down as a family for each meal that you can. Start setting the table and sitting down to dinner EVERY NIGHT!! That way you will have time to eat a healthy meal but you are also sharing it with your family!! Also, when the boys go to bed at night, take a long hot shower, or a nice bubble bath, light a few candles, relax and read a good book for a little reenergizing! :)

Trust me, everything will be ok if you need to take a moment away from the boys. Just put them in the pack-n-play or the crib and take a "ME" moment....it's well worth it!!

Good luck to you my friend!
