All you lovely twin moms out there, I need to know if I should be worried.

I know what Braxton hicks feels like and I have been having them a lot lately. However tonight I can not sit still because the pain and pressure is so bad. I am only 26 weeks. Any advice

I have had that A LOT! I was told that the lower abdominal pain is just muscles stretching from babies growing (and they keep getting bigger ;) ) , lower back from strain of holding all of the extra weight in the front and legs too. I also have restless leg syndrome while I am pregnant which doesn't help. There are pregnancy workouts you can do that will strengthen your lower back muscles but the think that has helped me the most is a maternity massage. It is the only thing that relieved my pain, if only for a day. Hope that helps ease your mind. Take it easy!

Thanks love, it turns out my abdomin didn't get sufficient time to heal after my c-section 17 months ago. Full time tummy supports. It's like a 5 point harness

Only you can judge if it is too much pain but maybe try some Tylenol extra strength, and half of a unisom to help you get to sleep. If that doesn't help, call your doc.
