I don't usually comment on this and I don't usually have much to do with any of this because my children are grown and have started a new chapter of their life. However I just felt like I needed to comment on one of the questioins that I saw in my e-mail. I had twin boys back in 1989 they are now 21 years old. I am so proud of them they have become their own person. They are in the Navy 1 of the boys is in Hawaii at Pearl Harbor and the other boy is in Tampa. They are Intelligence. I just wanted to let everyone know not all multipe births are premature. I carried my boys 3 days past their due date they were normal size babies. 1 was 7lbs 9oz and the other was 6lbs 14oz. Before I had the twins I was a very active person and I ran all over the place and I litally was solid muscle. Not like I am now. I really think that is what helped me get through my pregnancy without any trouble. Everyone was so suprised that I carried them as long as I did because I am just a 5'3" woman and am really pretty petite.
I was just wanting to let the people who think they are going through this pregnancy with twins and expecting them to come early don't count on it that is not always the case However I am not a Dr I am just a mother of twins.
