hi! I am 30 weeks pregnant with twins, been experiencing pain in my upper right abdomen, I asked my doctor she says its normal, but I couldn't stand the pain when the baby moves at this side, and it happens up to 10 times a day. What shall i do?

try to lay down on your left side with a pillow between your legs as much as possible when the pain starts happening.. it can help the babies change position and ease the pain in your right side. it happened to me a lot when i was pregnant with my twins and that was the only thing that helped ease it up.
