I have 3 week old twins. And occasionally they get gas bubbles and seem like that are in SO much pain. Any advice on how to soothe them or to get rid of the gas? I give them Mylicon gas drops as well.

I used gripe water for both my girls. It was a godsend at 2 am when one would wake up in extreme pain from gas. Nothing else including mylicon worked except this. I used it up till they were about two for either gas or when their belly was not so great. The gripe water is ALL natural - I purchased it at drugstore.com but I am sure you can get it elsewhere.
