What are your boy/boy twins saying at around 23 months of age? Are they speaking their own language or are they talking in short sentences?

All children talk at different times. I have g/g twins and they will be 3 in December. One of them talks in short sentences and the other still mainly talks in their twin language, but she does say words too, just not as many or as often.
