Hello! I have 2 month old twins and I am in need of BIG help! I currently have a GRACO duoglider double stroller. It is already not holding up well. I was wondering if I could have some help with what worked/ is working for you.

Thanks

Hi .. i had a double snap and go for my twins up until they were 1 years old. and it was the greatest thing in the world. But after they great out of that i too went crazy finding the perfect double carriage. I didn't want a front and back carriage. My boys love looking at everything and i didn't like the fact that you could see anything in the back seat. I did alot of research on finding the perfect stroller for my needs. and then i came across the Baby Jogger City Mini Double. It was the best investment i ever made. This carriage can get into any standard door and you can you only one hand to steer this thing. It is a bit heavier than i thought .. but hey who am i kidding its a double stroller. But i loved it!!

our twin girls are 9 months and we loved using the double snap n go as well. we love the duo glider and we were given the joovy caboose (a double stoller with a toddler caboose). we also have a side by side gracco stoller which we keep in the house for easy access, we have found that when the girls are beyond tired and need their nap or are refusing to fall alseep at bedtime, we click them in, recline each seat and stroll them back and forth and back and forth - it works every time! they fall right to sleep. of course, we move them aftwards.

I love my double Snap-N-Go. My girls are still small enough to fit in it so I haven't had to worry about other strollers yet. But it's so easy travel with them with it.

Our twins are now 14 month old, and we have Peg Perego Duette. We are very pleased with it. It is easy to handle and seats can be placed in different dirrections (both looking firward, both backwared, looking one to another - this is our favorite, so twins can play). We also have car seats Peg Perego (wich can easily be taken on/of the weacle) and winter bags for legs. I wouldn't change it for any side by side twin stroller.

We started with a Peg Perego Duette Stroller -- loved it, for the first year it was perfect, could pop the baby carriers in & out, so they were the "seats" of the stroller until they got too big, and then used the regular stroller seats -- which were great too, as they fully reclined and it was easy for them to take a nap when we were out. Just traded it in for the BOB revolution Duallie & love it too.

I used the Double Snap N Go until the boys were 1 year. Loved it -- light, easy, no waking a sleeping baby. Now I have a Zooper Tango and a Kolcraft Contours Tandem. I would highly recommend all three. The Zooper is a side-by-side, the Contours is a front to back. The Zooper is nice because it has full canopies, fully reclining seats, and includes a rain cover/bug cover. It's a bit pricey, though, and the basket isn't the easiest to access. The Contours is nice because the boys can face towards each other, both to the front, both to the back, or backs to each other. However, it's a pain to fold -- I have to take one of the seats off to fit it in my car.

Hi I’m the mom of 9 month old twin girls. I too had the GRACO double stroller and it fell apart after the first time I flew with it. As a mom who doesn’t drive I have to say I love the Contours. It has attachments for the infant seats, they can face different directions which is nice for when the children get taller. That was my problem with my snap and go the girls got to tall and they had no room for their legs. With the Contours the girls can face one another, back to back, both forward or both backwards. However I have been told for people who drive it is a bit inconvenient as the front seat of the stroller has to come out in order for the stroller to fold up. I use mine in NYC all the time and have no problems in tight spaces with it. I feel it’s the best of both worlds it’s a regular stroller that wheals as nice as a jogging stroller. For me the third time was the charm.

We had a Peg Perego Duette stroller given to us. We found it so useful and sturdy. The seats snap onto it. Apparently you can purchase the regular stroller seats for it too but its quite pricy. We do have a Baby Trend jogging stroller for walks around the neighborhood on the bike paths. Both fold up really well and are light weight. Our twins are 11 1/2 months now.

Loved the snap n go during infancy and adored the jeep umbrella stroller for mall and quick walmart trips. Jogging stroller for zoo, walks, and other trips.

I would recommend a side by side stroller I don't know what brand mine is, but I had a front and back one and the girls kicking each other in the back so I switched to a side by side and mine has big wheels so that I can go on walks through dirt and gravel and not get stuck.!

Hello I have 20 month old twins....I highly recommend the double snap n go for infant twins. It is a life saver. I second the BOB Revolution Duallie. It is an awesome stroller. I have tried plenty. I will admit it is a bit pricier than the Graco or chicco brands, but it pushes so easily, has shocks on it. It was originally bought to jog/walk with but I use it everywhere because it is so much better than other strollers...hope that helps:))

My girls are 19 months. We had the graco snap and go and loved it for the first year. We now have the Combi. It is wonderful. It is light weight and pulls together with no problem to put into your car.

My boys are now 2 1/2. I had the duoglider and then got rid of it once the boys where out of their infant seats. When they reached 5m I switched to the Combi (for shopping) and the Instep Safari for outdoor trips. I like both a lot for different reasons. The combi is light weight and fits threw doorways. Where the Instep was a smoother outdoor ride. Perfect for long walks around the neighborhood and walks on the boardwalk.

We bought a Double Urban Mountain Buggy - it was a fantastic, hard wearing stroller. The best. It's useful from birth to about 45 lbs each seat. It fits through normal doorways, has accessories like sunscreen and raincovers. It normally was really expensive, but through some friends with twins we bought one second hand in really good condition with the twin bassinett that went with it (you can use this as a carry cot as well). It folds up pretty easy and fits into the trunk of the car fine (we had a Maxima). A couple of links so you can check it out. Cheers! http://www.mountainbuggy.com/catalog/dou...

Yes the great stoller debate! I also had the double snap n go until the twins were into the bigger car seats. (mine were tiny kids so that was the whole first year!) As a "mall" type stroller I have the Combi side by side LX, and I LOVE IT! It turns easy, and works well anywhere there is smooth sidewalks and such. It fold easy and is super light weight. I also have a double jogger for longer walks, outdoor "off roading" types of needs. (we ahve a ton of paths around our house with gravel paving. I picked it up at a garage sale and it has been sooo worth it! (try craigslist too)

There is no perfect stroller to fit all needs, especially with twins! I liked the combi and the double jogger since they are side by side. I didnt want them fighting over who got to sit in the front. The side by sides are a little harder to fit thru doorways, but they do fit.

Good Luck!

I have 10 month old twins. We used the double snap-n-go at first. LOVED it. So easy to use and easy to take sleeping babies in and out of the car without waking them up. Now that they're older and heavier and won't be in their infant car seats much longer, we bought the BOB Revolution Duallie. We love it! It pushes so easily and is very sturdy. I highly recommend it!
