My girls will be 1 on Sept 9th and I have no idea what to get them. One is walking and the other climbs on everything. What are some of the toys that you bought your twins when they were 1? Any ideas or suggestions will be appreciated. Thanks.

Mine got ride on cars. They are 3 and still playing everyday withit. (my 6 year old girl also still play with hers, knees sticking past her ears) My girls' birthday are in the middel of the year. Christmas, they got a little people set. I don't like to buy one gift for both, so the house, playset and all the cars and dolls were wrapped seperately and given to them. Hope this helps - otherwise, anything that moves, or makes noise, or these mini jumping castles with balls in.

Thank you ladies for all of your suggestions. I will be looking for musical toys and 2 of everything. I was gonna get one of each so they can have a variety, but they do fight over their toys now. I will also look for toys to help one of my girls start walking and the one that is walking might enjoy it also. Thanks for your help.

My boys will be 2 in November and they still love the leap frog tad and lilly I got for them. They LOVE anything that sings the abc's!

Musical toys although be aware anything that makes noise drives us crazy after a while. Anything that aides in standing or walking, blocks, books. They really do not care at this stage and prob more interested on the packaging and not the product. Still two of the same is recommended although mine still fight over one even if there is two. I found books to be great and musical instruments. They have a keyboard, guitar. Even a wiggles video -all bubs loves dance and song!! (and just quietly it gives you 2 seconds to yourself!!)

My twins turned 1 last Monday (9 months corrected) and we got them each a VTech First Steps Baby Walker. Brilliant! Keeps them occupied for ages. Educational and fun :)

my girls are four now, but i got them a sit and ride musical whinnie the pooh for their first birthday, they loved it and sometimes still play on it now lol!!

my girls are 2 now but for there first b day we got them a little play house tent and a tunnel that matched it .. they loved crawing through the tunnel into the house

My girls are turning 3 on Sept 1st, but when they hit their one year I got them anything with music...they loved it and still do
