Not really an item but def having all your bottles sterilised, formula measured out and water boiled and cooked. Listening to two babies cry for food is hard!

A moby wrap!!! Both babies can fit in there together! Also, if you plan on breastfeeding, the My Breast Friend pillow for twins is better than the Boppy, but be sure to get the one specifically for twins.

Snuggle Me Cushions!! You can put them anywhere, especially good for the couch or co-sleeping. Also helped with duel feeding times! www.SnuggleMeCushion.com

The graco duo glider was amazing when they were younger, definately had 2 swings, and when they were older, 6 months+ I bought a mat with walls from the children's factory, instead of having them crawl all over the place and on the hard wood floors. It was easy set up, easy removal, entirely made of BPA free foam covered in vinyl for easy clean up and made in the USA. It helped them learn to pull up, cruise around and kept them corralled when needed, and as they got older a wall could be removed to make a comfy reading or napping nook and now @ 2 we use it as a ball pit for lots of indoor fun when it's just too cold to go out. I also used poddee bottles when I needed to feed them @ the same time and didn't have extra hands or when I was cooking dinner, they sat in their highchairs right near me.

Alright twin moms...lets be honest, one of the biggest helpers has been a bottle of wine!! (not while breastfeeding, ofcourse!).

Little bouncy chairs were a life saver for sure!!! I never would have been able to get thru the first 6mths without them. My twin daughters LOVED them. Very inexpensive, I believe they were like $20, vibrated and played music and have a couple dangling soft toys on them

Exersaucers!!! They were a must....when you need to change one and keep the other busy, or if youre just making dinner and need to keep them busy without taking off on you (and visible at the same time). Loved them!

I was given a back pack diaper bag -- wonderful! Left my hands free to carry more important things, and very durable -- 12 years later it is still in use! It is an Eddie Bauer brand, not girly or baby themed so it has survived the test of time. Was recently used to tote lunches on a school trip. By far the best baby gift ever!

I had a few things for mine. Main ones was the swing and bouncy seat. That saved me so many times when feeding them. Another for me was the safety harnesses when they out grew the stroller too early. I like the new design they have now better than ones I had though. Lol My boys are 12 now.

Also microwave bottle steriliser. So quick and with 14+ bottles a day to do, it saved a lot of time.

I found the bouncy seats, it helped when feeding both at the same time and when giving bottles.
Also there is a tyre ring with different features on it. Ours loved it, while one slept in in, the other clambered in and out. They had hours of fun.

When they were first born I had an itzbeen for each of them. Every time they had a diaper change, slept, ate I would hit the button and it starts counting up so I knew how long they were going. It also had a slide button on the bottom that I would use to remind me who was on what side when I nursed. I sent it to the nanny's house too and she used it. It helped so much when I was sleep deprived . I do recommend keeping them on the same schedule if one wakes up at night for a feeding they both got feed. I tried to do it on their schedule but I never slept. I only nursed for a few weeks because my milk didn't come in good enough but I nursed at the same time also. Good Luck.

Two swings! When they got a little bigger, an exer-saucer and a jumper to help keep them occupied without having to hold them all the time. Also night gowns were great because you didn't have to fiddle with buttons or zippers during those middle of the night feedings and diaper changes.

1) skip hop diaper changing wallet (all in one, when you are on the go)
2) tokidoki diaper bag (of all the things you'll need to put inside the diaper bag, that will be the lightest bag compared to anything else.
3) twin umbrella stroller (I had maclaren)

EZ Feeding pillow for sure. I would recommend this for twins or single babies. My twins were my 3rd/4th children and this pillow revolutionised breast feeding for me. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Hands down their swings! They slept in them for 8 months, they were a god send, though in hind sight I wish I had shelled out the extra cash for the cradle swings as I think they would have made sleep more comfy for them.

Definately my swings, podee bottles (which I started using @ about 4 months), harbor hallows foam play yard (it was so big my boys could play in and have plenty of space to crawl around and eventually walk around in.) and backpack harnesses!
