Shopping for strollers for twins seems to be more difficult than I expected. Wondering if tandem or side-by-side is the way to go? Also, I really liked the idea of the car seat that went right into the stroller, but can't seem to find any for multiples. Are joggers any better? Anyone have any brand suggestions or experience with what works best?

I had the double snap n go that you could put the carseats in for the first year. Purchased online from babies r us for about $100. It was a lifesaver!

We have a front/back double stroller for our twins by Graco. I bought it at Target and it came with the car seats and bases. It was around $300 but well worth the money :)

The only bad thing is that there are no travel systems for double strollers. Therefore you have to purchase it separately. We have the Chicco KeyFit Stroller & carseats and we love it. The carseats have their bases and are also able to fit right into the stroller. The only thing I'm not crazy about is that the front seat in the stroller does not recline all the way.

I really like our tandem Baby Jogger City Select. I used it with car seats with they were smaller and once big enough for the seats, you can configure the seats facing me, facing away from me or facing each other. So great and easy to switch up! Plus I really liked that the baby in the back can see and isn't super low to the ground.

I have the Chicco front and back double stroller a little heavy), people told me that the side to side wasn't store friendly, so I decided to stay away from that....I don't like the fact that I don't have a lot of storage underneath but it's still a great stroller...Unfortunately, they have car seats that you can put in stroller but you had to buy them separately. Thank God for family to help off-set the cost because it cost a fortune for all pieces. What I also didn't like was there wasn't a lot of girl colors...My stroller is red and black...To date, I'm happy for the choice that I made and I know that I will get my money's worth.

The one I have has a seat in the front and a seat in the back, it also came with a set of infant carseats I dont know how much it cost because I go it as a gift from the hospital I delivered at. All I know is it called a DUO GLIDER IVY LEAGUE. They are 2 right now and are starting to outgrow it. But since I have had it it does really well. Nice and sturdy.

I am having twins and already have 3 small children, I have decided to go with keeping my Steelcraft Plus Strider, however if I was to but another one I looked right into them and the best I could find was Bugaboo Donkey although it is rather pricey, the best for convenience and price I found the Valco Tri Mode Twin which you can also get a toddler seat for and the other was the Love N Care Twingo Stroller, they are both proper prams but the only double side by side prams that fit through a standard doorway :D Hope this is of some help to you and good luck. I will keep an eye out, coming to think of it I have not seen twin pram with the travel system option however I think the Bugaboo Donkey may, at a cool and nice $2100 for the system of twins it is upto personal choice on how much you want to spend

I bought the Kolcraft tandom double stroller and love it! My kids are 3 and still occasionally use it. its a cool design, easy to operate, not TOO heavy to lift and move. Has lots of storage and the wheels are like all terrain wheels, which is nice if you are using it outside at fairs or on the grass or dirt roads. Target and babies R us are the two places I saw it online when I bought mine. I looked at the Graco tandom stroller and I didn't like it. Good luck.

Graco snugride carseats and the graco quattro duo tandem strollers come as sets. That's what I used for the first year. Very easy to put car seats in and out. Stroller is super heavy, but very sturdy, well built and easy to push around. As they got older, I bought a used side by side, because I knew they'd be out of a stroller eventually and didn't want to buy another brand new one. I also have a double jogger that I use for walks or fairs etc. They are obviously great because they are wicked easy to push, but not very store friendly because they are so huge!
